Butch (Trent Lehman) is running for class president at his school and campaigning on the issues. His opponent Steve Walters (Kerry MacLane), however, is having more success with free bike rides and ice cream sodas. At a PTA meeting Butch's father (Richard Long) meets Steve's father Joe Walters (Roger Bowen, Col. Henry Blake in the film version of M*A*S*H). The two were old friends, or more accurately adversaries, in college. Butch buys a wheelbarrow full of frisbees to give to kids in his class, stooping to Steve's tactics. Will his conscious step in? And how might Nanny's powers factor in? A nice, if not predictable message.
