***SPOILERS*** While doing his half hourly round as a security guard on the New York City docks Joseph "Big Joe" Licosa, Dino De Luca, is struck from behind by one of the crooks involved in stealing a valuable shipment of perfume cracking the old man's skull and killing him. It's De Luca's hot headed older son Mario, Paul Stevens, who swears revenge for his father's murder and recruits the neighbor Mafia to find his killers and bring them to justice: Mafia justice! Even though Mario's kid brother Nino, Ben Piazza, is willing for the police to find their father's killer or killers, it was a three man job, in the perfume robbery Mario jumps the gun and with the help of the local mob gets things done his way.

It's non other then the man perfume distributor Paul DeLarg played by Pierre Epistein, who in fact turned out to be the largest you know what in this "Naked City" episode, who set the whole robbery up in order for him to get the insurance money and later resell the perfume to an unsuspecting client, as stolen property, thus make a double hit or killing on it! It's too bad for DeLarge in him later being caught by Mario and his friends as he left his midtown office where he ended up being a "Dunkin Dugout" in the East River. That's before Mario & Co. got the guy who did the hit on pop Albert Gavin, Frank Marth, and later got from DeLarge the identities of his cohort's in the murder. Mario & Co. soon made their way to the Lou & Vince's, Allen Joseph & Harry Richards Casey, Trucking Co. whom the two were Garvin's accomplices in the murder robbery. It's there where the late Albert Gavin worked and got the information about the perfume shipment that he was supposed to deliver. Seeing that there was no escape for them both Lou & Vince tried to shoot it out with the mob who outnumbered them at least 20 to 1 who quickly overcame them. But with the police busting in lead by the sensitive and feeling your hurt Det. Adam Flint, Paul Burke, things really started getting crazy and took a turn for the worst!

***SPOILERS*** In him desperately trying to prevent older brother Mario from gunning down the helpless Lou & Vincent kid brother Nino ended up with a bullet, by Mario, in his gut killing him. It was the hot headed Mario's attempt to avenge Mafia style his father's murder that ended up with him killing his kid brother Nino who in trying to prevent, which would send Mario straight to the Sing Sing electric chair, that cold blooded murder from happening caused him in losing his own life. If only Mario used common sense and let the police do their job all this would have easily been prevented!
