Back in the day when offices had cigarette machines.

Warning: Spoilers
It's no pants television for Frank Fontana, forced in front of the desk during an FYI broadcast when a gunman comes out and demands that Murphy reads a statement. She's already having a bad day, tempted to break her sobriety, and she's not in the mood for Miles attempt at jokes let alone a terrorist. There's also a gag stolen from "The Dick Van Dyke Show", as well as hefty cameraman's Carl's continued infatuation with Murphy. Funny that word gets around the country which causes the ratings during the show to keep skyrocketing, and all that Corky can think of when the gunman shoots off a light bulb is a bad lighting that the show will have. Her attempt at seducing him to get the gun is very funny, utilizing her Miss America title which fails, bringing out her Louisiana accent. I wonder how the gun toting Suzanne Sugarbaker would have handled this, being on right after "Murphy Brown" on Monday nights. however one comes off in a crisis is hysterical, maybe not office professionalism, but great for television.
