While Herman and Grandpa are watching television, a curious system allows them to see Lily and Marilyn talking in the kitchen. They hear something about a new child, coming to visit the house for a few days. Herman believes that Lily's expecting a child and he gets excited for all the matter. The truth is that Marilyn will care for a boy named Elmer, the family's doctor son, for a few days. Herman is a little bit worry because Lily hasn't told him yet about the new son. He'll try to make Lily to tell him all about Eddie's new "playmate" in a discreet fashion. But Lily gives Herman the doctor's card, and Grandpa advice him not to worry about Lily, that women are specialized in hiding these secrets. Grandpa comes up with the idea of making a visit to the doctor that night. But Dr. Edward Dudley doesn't see anything without his glasses, and he won't see that Herman's one of his patients.
