While on family vacation (without Marilyn) to Buffalo Valley by train, Herman gets off at a rest stop while the rest is asleep and falls asleep himself, causing him to miss the train and end up all alone. He decides to walk to the near-by village and encounters a little Indian tribe where he is mistaken for an ancient spirit. The tribe wants him to marry an Indian girl.
