Mr. Bean starts with an original way to pay a busker. Shopping in the mall requires testing the goods. Instead of telling another customer their credit-cards got mixed up, he finds a far more embarrassing way to 'set it straight'. Celebrating his way includes a restaurant dinner. A budget-driven menu choice proves disastrous, not admitting so far worse.
