Weakest from Season One
20 May 2007 | by (Virginia) – See all my reviews

Although intended as the season finale, this episode was broadcast as the series premiere. In doing so, it probably hurt its audience a bit since this isn't exactly the episode to start watching for continuity sake and despite being watchable, it's the weakest from Season One. The problem lies in the fact that at ten minutes long, this particular episode is too short to leave much of an impact. The idea is a noble one: turning the average Christmas special on its head, though the idea has worked better in previous comedy shows. However, the depressing humor that is a trademark of "Moral Orel" works well here and the last shot of the episode is classic. My rating: 6/10
