During the sketch about buildings built by characters from nineteenth-century English literature, a foreman discusses the problems he's having with characters from Milton's 'Paradise Lost'. In the background, Adam and Eve can be seen digging a ditch along with some angels. At one point, Eve stops digging to take a bite of something she's holding in her hand. She then gives it to Adam to take a bite. This little reference to The Bible is not played up for laughs, it is merely an inside joke, as the audience is supposed to be listening to the foreman. The final sketch of this episode features Eric Idle's character of Mr. Badger reading the end credits to the audience (for "the sum of 40p"). As such, there are no traditional caption roller end credits for this episode. See more
