Quotes

[first lines]
Molly: [reading a letter] Oh no.
Paul: I had no choice. In the last year we've failed to reach the income targets laid out in our business plan. I thought the bank was going to give us more time. They haven't. So they've foreclosed on the loan to the estate. Selling the house is the obvious way of paying it off.
