- Mr. Rogers: Do you ever imagine things? Are they scary things or things you'd like to have? Did you ever see a cat's eyes in the dark and wondered what they were? When we think we see things that look big, or different, or scary, the best thing we can do is to be able to talk with the people we love about them. That's what loving is all about - helping one another feel more comfortable about who we are and what we are seeing, and hearing, and thinking. Loving is a good feeling.
- Royal Trumpeter Adkins: [singing] Here we stand waiting for something on high./Where is the comet? The king's fancy comet?/When will it come here? I wonder if I/will ever see it. The comet. The comet on high.
- Lady Elaine Fairchilde: Are you all ready for Henrietta's surprise party?
- Lady Aberlin: I guess so. Are you all ready for Uncle Friday's Comet?
- Lady Elaine Fairchilde: I've already seen that.
- Lady Aberlin: What?
- Lady Elaine Fairchilde: I've already seen that silly comet he calls his own.
- Lady Aberlin: How could you?
- Lady Elaine Fairchilde: Well, I was on Planet Purple today, and it passed by there.
- Lady Aberlin: Oh, Uncle Friday's so excited about its coming.
- Lady Elaine Fairchilde: Might not even make it this far.
- Lady Aberlin: Lady Elaine, you didn't do anything to it, did you?
- Lady Elaine Fairchilde: Not much you can do to it. It's not so hot.
- Lady Aberlin: I thought it would fill up the whole sky.
- Lady Elaine Fairchilde: You'll see, and Friday will see.
- Lady Aberlin: Oh, poor Uncle Friday.
- Lady Elaine Fairchilde: I say, poor Henrietta. Let's celebrate her day and not worry about your uncle.
- Lady Aberlin: Oh, Lady Elaine. Uncle Friday - you know how he is. He always gets his hopes up. He really wanted his Friday's Comet to be something very special.
- Lady Elaine Fairchilde: Well, that's not even its name.
- Lady Aberlin: It isn't? What is its name?
- Lady Elaine Fairchilde: It doesn't even have a name.
- Lady Aberlin: Lady Elaine, you're full of surprises.
- Lady Elaine Fairchilde: I'll say. Tomorrow's a big day.
- Lady Aberlin: It won't be long before tomorrow comes.
- Lady Elaine Fairchilde: See you, toots.
- Lady Aberlin: That's right. Good night.
- Lady Elaine Fairchilde: Good night then, hon.
- Henrietta Pussycat: Meow so beautiful meow meow.
- Lady Aberlin: It sure is a beautiful night.
- Henrietta Pussycat: Meow wish meow meow beautiful
- Lady Aberlin: You are beautiful, Henrietta. Why, you're the most beautiful Pussycat I've ever known.
- Henrietta Pussycat: Meow don't feel beautiful.
- Lady Aberlin: I guess there are some days we just don't feel beautiful.
- Henrietta Pussycat: Meow,, meow some nights.
- Lady Aberlin: But I would guess that tomorrow you'd feel a whole lot more beautiful then you do tonight.
