Behind the Iron Curtain, an ambitious general has imprisoned a Cardinal who is his nation's spiritual leader. The general has replaced the Cardinal with a double. All the monks and nuns at a monastery where the Cardinal is staying are really troopers commanded by the general. The plot calls for the double to make a televised speech endorsing a takeover by the general. Phelps & Co. must rescue the Cardinal. The IMF's plan includes Rollin impersonating another Cardinal and Phelps pretending to be a doctor. Written by

Barney uses a small white machine that extrudes a very long pipe. This is not a special effect. The "pipe" is a flat strip of spring steel which has been preformed into a tube. The strip is flattened and wound around a reel inside the machine. As it is unwound it forms itself into a tube. When retracted it is again flattened and wound on the reel. See more
The oxygen tent Jim and Cinnamon used for the Cardinal only covered half the bed. So, as they changed the fake Cardinal in the bed with the real Cardinal, the change would have been obvious when the legs and feet were taken out and replaced. See more
