In the opening sequence, Phelps drives to where he is to get his assignment. A camera records his face in close-up as he drives. It is apparently a hand-held camera as it follows him as he gets out of the car and goes into the building without cutting away. As he nears the building, the car is seen reflected in a window and a mat or platform can be seen on the hood of the car where the cameraman lay while the car was moving. See more »

Well worth your time.

Professor William Bennett has been arrested for spying by some unfriendly nation. You assume he's some innocent pawn in the affair and it's made worse because Bennett is deathly ill. So, the IM Force goes to this country and springs Bennett. And, while they're at it, they arrange for one of their enemies to kill one of their own kind!

Cinnamon stars as Mrs. Bennett and she goes to plead her husband's cause. Unknown to the baddies, the IM team is also there to create a phony bomb scare. That way, when Bennett is getting operated on, they can sneak in and steal Bennett out from under their noses. It works very well--and leaves the enemy blaming each other for a supposed attempted coup.

All in all, this is a very typical sort of episode--which is good, as "Mission: Impossible" (particularly the earlier episodes) was a terrific series. Well worth seeing and with a juicy and ironic ending.
