Storyline

An enemy nation has hijacked a US supported revolutionary movement trying to overturn a dictatorship. The IMF posses as a religious organization seeking the release of the priest who is the true leader of the revolution. But the enemy sees through this cover and demands a shipment of guns in exchange. Further they plan to manipulate the IMF to provide an excuse to kill the priest without alienating the revolutionaries. But what's that Barney is building in an isolated location?
