Storyline

A woman is brutally murdered in her own home, and soon after a convenience store clerk is gunned down with no provocation. In both cases, the killer leaves halves of the same playing card, proving the two seemingly unrelated cases are the work of one man. Upon seeing the cards, Frank immediately knows who the culprit is: a brutal serial killer he pursued back when he was an FBI agent, who took the lives of three of Frank's partners and almost killed Frank as well. The only problem is that the man Frank faced is still in prison, serving multiple life sentences. Somehow, he has inspired someone to carry on his work, and Frank must find him.
