Storyline

A very young hooker, Sally Jordan, is being beaten up by her pimps and Hammer intervenes. He talks her into going for a legitimate job going but she is intercepted on the way and killed. Together with her sister, Louise Jordan, Hammer goes after the killer. Hammer finds the girl's pimp but also finds out that there have been a number of young hookers have been strangled and discarded. The clue is a mysterious black limousine.
