Storyline

Velda has gone overseas and an officious new receptionist is in charge. A wealthy arms dealer, Walter Decker, has a blind 12 year-old daughter, Jennifer. Her dog is stolen and Hammer is asked to find it. It turns out to be part of a plot to kidnap the daughter and hold her for ransom. The ransom is to be anti-tank missiles, which are strictly controlled. WIth the help of Jennifer's carer, Andrea, Hammer must find out who has kidnapped the girl and prevent the hand over of the weapons. More murders ensue before Hammer manages to get to the leader of the kidnappers.
