When Troy and Nico are about to climb into the skip to look for the projector, Tom Barnaby is walking down the lane behind them. Tom is supposed to be at the station questioning the suspects.
When D.C.I. Barnaby and Sgt Troy arrive at Tate's house they have their siren and rotating light switch on when they get out of the car. But when Ralph steals the car a minute later, the rotating light is no longer on the car.
At about one hour, the Barnabys and Troy are in the pub's garden in daylight when they realize the kids are in danger at Jim's house. They get there in four minutes, but the sky is completely dark. More visually dramatic, but a temporal mismatch.
As Troy and Barnaby are leaving Eleanor Bunsall's house, a female background extra carrying wine bottles in a basket trips over a curb and almost falls down going up a flight of steps.
A wooden crate filled with packing material in the museum catches fire. The next day Barbary reveals that the fire was started by sunlight refracting thru a prism in an old window much like using a magnifying glass except, the day before when the sunlight was supposed to have started the fire, it was completely overcast which would make Barnaby's explanation impossible.
