Storyline

Crockett and Tubbs are meeting with a drug dealer, when someone comes in and starts shooting, killing the drug dealer. Later, the shooter strikes again, this time not killing a drug dealer but an old man. Crockett and Tubbs realize that another old man, who was present at the spot where they were meeting the first drug dealer, was the actual target and that the two old men are World War II death camp survivors. They learn that the two men along with a few others were scheduled to testify at the hearing of a suspected Nazi war criminal, who's living in Miami in his old age. So, Crockett goes undercover joining a group of modern Nazis to sniff out the killer. Written by rcs0411@yahoo.com

Not bad, no good just okay!

A bit of an artistic episode! A surreal, dreamy stylish episode! Why is this tortured old man screaming? Holocaust survivors are murdered before a trail! Crockett must go deep cover with a far right group. There is a huge plot twist and a surprise. Miami Vice was running out of steam in the final season. Victims of Circumstance was getting a little old until the bottom third of the story. A few twist and the audience wonders! A surprise Michael Mann ending. 5 out of 10 the first 2/3rds for Victims of Circumstance. 8 out of 10 for the last third. 6 out of 10 stars. Not bad just okay.
