In the shoot out scene, Christine von Marburg starts off holding and shooting with a more modern style semi-automatic pistol. But after the shooting is over, she is shown putting down a revolver similar to the weapon Tubbs often uses.
The man and woman are seen walking through a hallway that has doors to rooms on one side and closed in on the other side by floor to ceiling glass. When they throw the man over the railing it is now an open balcony of what looks like a cheap motel. The doors to the rooms, the railing, and the ceiling lights are all different.
The interior of Izzy's photo studio is architecturally backwards relative to the building where it's supposedly located. Visitors descend from the sidewalk and turn right to enter, but the studio's exterior window is on the left (facing into the building) and the main room opens to the right (which would be under the street).
In the gun battle, there are two issues. The fist one one of the henchmen was holding his pistol, with his hand at least halfway down the grip. Holding a pistol like that you would not hit anything and you could very easily get a stove pipe malfunction.
The other issue is when Christian yells at Sunny his slide is locked back. The next frame it is forward. There was no chance to reload.
During the opening scene at the party, the camera crew and camera dolly cast a shadow on the ground.
While watching the man plunge to his death it is easily determined that he fell only five or six stories, however the newspaper headline says he plunged twenty stories to his death.
A billboard misspells "boudoir" as "boudior." This may be an intentional and sly in-joke regarding the ineptitude of Izzy's latest moneymaking scheme.
