Scientist Rowland Kennedy is eager to go to the moon and prove his theory that there is ice trapped in the caves that can be used as a water supply for colonists. However, when his son dies, Rowland hides the information from McCauley and continues on the expedition, obsessed with the idea of proving his theory. His obsession proves dangerous when he drives himself and the others, putting everyone at risk. Written by
