Storyline

Billy learns that Amanda is pregnant with his baby and is torn between his responsibility to her and his feelings for Alison. Meanwhile, Jo and Jake are persuaded by Karen to go out with her for a night on the town, where she gets drunk and makes a pass on both of them. After finding out of his infidelity, Jane throws Michael out of their apartment and forces him to see a marriage counselor with her. But the marriage counseling soon reveals Michael's long-repressed sociopath side when he denies having any problems with his marriage to Jane. Written by Anonymous

Quotes

Karen: This life is you, Jo. Not those four depressing walls in West Hollywood with a matching boyfriend downstairs.
Jo Reynolds: It's not that bad.
Karen: I see this, our friendship, I see it as the beginning of your new life.
Jo Reynolds: Well, I was just kind of getting used to my other new life, actually.
Karen: You're an artist. A photographer. You can't close down like that. I am where I am because I'm a model, and I'm willing to do anything once.
Jo Reynolds: No, you're where you are because you're incredibly beautiful.
Karen: Hasn't hurt.

State of Need (#1.31)
22 June 2017 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

Amanda tells Billy that she is pregnant. He is confused about what he will do and Alison is really upset because she feels that her relationship with Billy is in jeopardy. Billy decides he will be responsible for the child but wants to stay with Alison. Michael and Jane go to marriage counsellor but she doesn't trust him when he goes to the hospital.

Wow the news of Alison's pregnancy is a good twist. I was first thinking it will end up being a lie on her part to keep Billy but turned out it is true. We'll see how it goes, it makes the story even more interesting.

The way it is going with Jane and Michael is also a pretty interesting story. We'll see how it all will end up in the season finale.
