After divorce Michael throws a party and invites everyone. After the party Sidney hits on him. Jo and Alison stay for drinks with Jane who then goes to see her divorce lawyer. Jo and Jake have trouble working together. The Russian doctor asks Matt to marry her so she can stay but he refuses.
