McCloud dons an eye patch to pose as Harry Hague, a drug dealer with a nasty switchblade, after Hague is presumed dead in a copter crash following a buy -- and gets himself thrown in jail to "deal" with a crime family interested in buying Hague's stash of cocaine. When McCloud, posing as Harry Hague, enters prison, he remarks: "Sorry fellows, but I'm booked up 'til '89." This seems to mean he went on trial, was convicted and received at least a 15-year prison sentence -- especially since one of the Rhigas brothers was busted with him and arrives in prison at the same time.
