The episode's title is in reference to a song which Dick Van Dyke (Mary Tyler Moore)'s husband in her previous sitcom, the eponymous _ 'The Dick Van Dyke Show' (1962) _ (q.v.)), sang in the movie musical Bye Bye Birdie (1963), which co-starred with, 'Julie Andrews', with whom Mary had just worked on _Thoroughly Modern Millie 1969) _ (q.v.)), with, prior to the creation and launch of this iconic series.

The closing credits for this episode, is one of the very few which doesn't end with the MTM cat, (named 'Mimsy') meowing. Instead, Mary's face fills in Mimsy's. usual spot in the MTM logo's circle, and '(stammering, a la Porky Pig, of Loony Tunes cartoons) says; 'that's all folks,'
