Rounding out the cast is Bud playing the hunchback first mate Fluvio; Kelly as the dim-witted ship's navigator; Marcy playing the cabin boy/girl; and in a surprise appearance, Marcy's ex-husband Steve Rhoades playing the villainous Rubio the Cruel, who's feared for his terrible singing of show tunes. In the episode Peggy and the Pirates, Al's toilet gets clogged. He opens up a safe in the wall that opens from the left to the right. He takes out 1 of 3 plungers and shuts the safe door, but not all the way. That plunger is destroyed. Then, when he reaches for another one, the safe door is fully open and opens from the right to the left. See more »

Ship's Navigator: Okey-dokey, Captain-Daddy.

Ship's Navigator: Now, in case of an emergency, please use the exits located on the starboard and port sides of the ship. And in case of a water landing... Fluvio has many delightful flotation devices already blown up in his cabin.
[Captain Courage and the whole crew glares at Fluvio who looks back at them with great embarrassment]
Ship's Navigator: But please, don't grab their chests, for the plastic is wearing thin.
