The ice cream man cometh

***SPOILERS*** It's when armature photographer Jo Stokes, Yvoone Craig, snapped a picture of the roller-coaster ride at her father's Charlie Stokes, Paul Bryan, amusement park that she got far more then she bargained for. Blowing up the photo to 15 times its actual size Yvonne spotted a man being shot under the ride. The person who shot him seem to be an ice cream vendor at the park!

With Mr.Stokes getting in touch with freelance photographer Mike Kovac,Charles Bronson,to make heads or tails of the mysterious photo he finds out through his police and city morgue contacts that there was no reported murder or death in and around the amusement park when the shooting was supposed to have taken place! Checking all the ice cream vendors at the park Kovac notices that the person supplying them with ice cream old man Fenton, Roscoe Ates,is hiding something from him. Not in just whom he selling the ice cream to but what exactly the ice cream cups and popsicles contained in them! Hard and illegal drugs that were being sold to their dug addicted costumers!

Doing far more detective then photographic work Kovac gets to the bottom of this murder case by finding out that the victim Mr. Moran was in fact about to go to the cops and blow the whistle on the entire drug operation! Moran who was himself selling drugs to the kiddies as well as grown ups at the amusement Park got cold feet in feeling it was only a matter of time before he got caught! It was Moran's actual boss in the drug ring Mr. Barney, Lawrence Tierney, who was the person who shot him and at the same time was caught in Yvonne's photo!

****SPOILERS**** With old man Fenton now scared out of his wits in not only being murdered by Barney but ending up behind bars, at age 75, for the rest of his life or what's left of it in his involvement in the Berney drug ring it's up to Kovac to finally put an end to it! Kovac really gets worked over by the hulking Berney, who seems twice as big as he is, but gets the best of him by the time the episode ends. Not with just the help of the local police but with Old Man Fenton's walk-in freezer where he put Berney and his drug operation on ice for good!
