Des Moines, Iowa.
They apparently have an ``open marriage.'' This is made more clear in the film version of this story, ``The Helicopter Spies.''
An office building on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles.
This episode was edited in a hurry and it's unclear. The aforementioned movie version makes it more clear. Solo fell and hit the deck of the boat he, Illya and Annie were in. He was dazed for a moment, then brought his knees to his chest, enabling him to bring his tied hands from his back to his front. Now he could move and he then freed Illya and Annie before the boat exploded.
Yes. At one point, we see an insert shot. Solo is supposed to be holding a Third Way identity card. Instead, we see a Thrush identity card, even though Thrush isn't part of this episode. In the climatic scene, it's not very clear why the rocket containing the thermal prism (and Sebastian) explodes. In the movie version, we see that as U.N.C.L.E. agents began destroying Sebastian's equipment, it apparently sent a destruct signal to the rocket and it blew up.
Four, all played by H.M. Wynant. At least two were killed, probably three. The first was killed by a gunshot from Azaelia in Part I. The second was the victim a sideways ejector seat activated by Sebastian in this episode, sending him into the middle of a freeway. The third suffered what looked like a severe knife wound at the hands of Sebastian in the story's climax. We're not told his specific fate but it wasn't looking good. The fourth brother was in prison, all with Annie's financee. Both of them were framed by Sebastian. We see him at the end and it appears he and Annie will become romantically involved.
