Locked in the lavatory

Mildred wants to go to a ball which is taking place on a riverboat. George is reluctant to go with her, especially as it means having a bath beforehand. He locks himself in the toilet and refuses to come out. Mildred takes Robin with her instead. George eventually emerges from hiding, and when he learns that his wife is at a public function with a younger man, becomes angry...

Jo looks stunning in her party dress, but that's the only really notable thing about this episode. Again no Larry. By now, the writers were confidant that some of the characters from the show could be spun-off into separate shows which explains why this looks very much like a dry run for the 'George & Mildred' series.

Funniest moment - George trying to order Mildred to come home, and accidentally falling into the river!
