Larry Birkhead or a really good look alike, is in this episode. He plays a family member in a sketch about the show "Family Feud." He is the third family member in the white family on the right. He never talks, but is very clear as day that this is Larry Birkhead. The sketch is mainly making fun of the host, with Will Sasso being a heavily overweight racist whose pants fall down throughout the show. The sketch mainly stays with the family on the left side, so that Will Sasso can rip on them being black, but you get to keep seeing Larry. You can see Larry every once in a while, and at the end of the sketch the two families fight, so there is a literal "Family Feud." In this scene you get a really good view of him fighting.
