Continuity

When Mac and Jack are remembering the time where Murdoc set them all up at the junkyard, Pete and Mac are shown in the crushed taxi cab. You can hear Pete shouting, "It's Murdoc!!" as the crushed cab is lifted away. However, in the original episode (Season 2 episode 18, Partners), they didn't find out that Murdoc had abducted them until the cab was placed in a tractor trailer, and the tractor trailer had been driving for a while.

The weather is stormy and rainy when Pete is captured, yet less than a half-hour later when Mac finds Deborah's note on his jeep's antenna, the paper is dry and the it is obviously a mild sunny day with bright clear blue sky.

Shots of an obviously sunny-weather environment are interspersed with the duller-lighted shots of the rainy day.

Deborah's "love note" that she leaves for Mac is obviously smaller in the close-up shot than the square of pink paper that is shown on the antenna in the previous, wide-angle shot of Mac approaching his jeep.

There is far more water spraying out of the gold-separator than was put into the tub to begin with; the tub contained mostly just moderately-wet mud, with very little added water.

Spoilers

The goof item below may give away important plot points.

Continuity

Deborah is shown falling from the cliff when the rock she was standing on comes loose and she drops. In the subsequent wide shot of her falling, the rock she was standing that should also be seen falling is nowhere in sight.
