The Greatly Underrated Jame Cromwell
27 March 2015 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

After the Radar hero worship episode, Hawkeye continues to get drunk and womanize at every opportunity. In this one, Potter gets a letter from the Provost Marshall's office, claiming B.J. is not a real doctor. People are really worried until James Cromwell (Leo Bardonero) shows up. He is an old friend of Hunnicutt and an insufferable practical joker. He is going home and wants to say goodbye to his friend. Shortly thereafter, two MPs arrive and they have a warrant for B.J.s arrest. A general has charged him with disorderly conduct even though he was performing surgery at the time. He is arrested and taken to the General's office where he is confronted. Hawkeye and Potter follow him. Two subplots include Margaret demanding to get a leave to see her new husband and Klinger, dressed as an Arab with an invisible camel. There is a great scene where Margaret decimates the Colonel's office when she finds out there is not way she can get a leave.
