Judy's Friend
26 April 2017 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

"The Last Heist/Starting Over/Watching the Master" is the eighth episode of the eighth season of The Love Boat. The actors and actresses appearing on it are Deborah Adair,Brodie Greer,Julia Duffy,Patrick Macnee,Abby Dalton and William Christopher.

In this cruise of the Pacific Princess, the friend of Judy is on board. She apparently has issues about trusting men after being raped and having gone through a painful divorce. Then, she meets a fellow passenger.Meanwhile,a female passenger wants her uncle who happens to be a jewel-thief to retire after having stolen a diamond necklaces that she likes very much. Finally,a fellow has gotten engaged to a former wife of Doc.To have a successful marriage, the fellow tries to imitate Doc's ways, manners and habits as an inspiration to the perfect husband.

At least,we get to see another story that revolves around Judy - the new cruise director - particularly her friend. The issues that her friend undergoes could be considered feminist in nature that would affect many women considering it deals on how to overcome traumatic experiences in life.
