The Stimulation of Stephanie/The Next Step/Life Begins is the twelfth episode of the third season of The Love Boat.Guest stars in the episode includes Jo Anne Worley,Roosevelt Grier,Melba Moore,Dick Martin,Char Fontane and Judy Landers.

In this cruise of The Pacific Princess,a college professor who is studying about sexual stimulation happens to be a passenger.Too bad that his subject in his study happens to be in love with him.A semi- retired NFL star is trying to examine his future after retirement with his wife. Finally,a female passenger who is turning 40 has planned everything for he up-and-coming wedding. But he has yet to find a groom.Julie talks to her that marital status isn't everything in life for a woman. Finally,Doc romances another female passenger in the cruise.

The stories are okay.Despite being somewhat generic in a typical Love Boat episode, they still managed to have the some moments.
