A Plot To Kill Captain Stubing
8 September 2015 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

"Murder on the High Seas / Sounds of Silence / Cyrano de Bricker" is the 23rd episode of The Love Boat's second season. Guest stars in the episode includes Sonny Bono, Charlie Callas, Arte Johnson, Peter Lawford, Jill St. John, Dana Wynter, Sheila Lenham and James Dobson.

The interesting events that happen in this Pacific Princess' cruise are the following:A rocker falls in love with a deaf woman; a gambler gets Doc to tell his wife about his feelings; and Isaac mistakes the conversation between two writers about a story for a mystery murder novel as a conspiracy to kill Captain Stubing.

Despite the presence of Bono, there nothing much that happens in this episode.Too bad that even having Isaac central to one of the stories presents nothing really new and original at all since there is nothing really surprising about it.
