Robots,Surrogate Mother And Betty White
6 March 2017 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

"Baby Talk/My Friend, the Executrix/Programmed for Love" is the tenth episode in this sixth year of The Love Boat. Bix the Robot, Angela Cartwright, Carol Channing, Grant Goodeve, Peter Marshall, Karen Morrow, Donna Pescow and Betty White are guest stars appearing on it.

On this cruise of the Pacific Princess,we meet Connie. She is having issues of her husband Steve having an attraction to Jan,their baby's surrogate mother.Meanwhile,Cruise Director Julie has a recently widowed aunt - Aunt Sylvia - who visits her friend, who happens to be the executrix of their estate. The female executrix has been nagging Julie's aunt constantly about saving money. Finally,Ruth falls for an inventor named Franklin, who barely has time to notice her as he has been busy with his new robot named Bix.

Well,it was an interesting episode considering that we are handed with new themes on plots such as having a surrogate mother and having a robot in Bix. Apparently, they would be very interesting back when this episode was shown on December 1982.Also,having Golden Girl Betty White makes the episode interesting as well.
