A Christmas Episode
3 July 2015 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

"Lonely at the Top / Silent Night / Divorce Me, Please" is the eleventh episode of the first season of The Love Boat. The guest stars that appeared includes John Gavin,Dick Sargent,Florence Henderson and Shecky Green.

The boat is on Christmas cruise.Captain Stubing is trying to become a friend to everyone including his crew in this particular cruise. There are three subplots that includes a parolee who starts a new life with his wife. Also,we get to see a priest who becomes chaperon of to six young orphans. Finally,we get to a couple who is on the brink of getting a divorce.

This is an interesting Christmas episode for the show.Definitely,it has three interesting subplots and the story with the Captain is just as good as well.
