Storyline

Country music singer and songwriter Billy Boy Bodine (Matt McCoy) cruises with his manager Cappy (Claude Akins), who tries to come between Billy and adoring admirer Arlene Cort (Leah Ayres), because Billy writes his best music when he's depressed. Shipboard neighbors Simon Ashford (Farley Granger) and Valerie Frasier (Terry Moore) are interior designers engaged in cutthroat competition to win the contract to redecorate the ship, and will stop at nothing to sabotage each other. Doc (Bernie Kopell) enjoys a visit from his fraternity brother Buzz McLaine (Roy Thinnes), who travels with his cousin Jim Dolan (Michael McGrady). But things are not what they seem. "Country Blues/A Matter of Taste/Frat Brothers Forever" is the twelfth episode of the eighth season of The Love Boat. The actors and actresses appearing on this episode are Matt McCoy,Claude Akins,Leah Ayres,Farley Granger,Terry Moore,Roy Thinnes and Michael McGrady.

Aboard the Pacific Princess,we get to meet another set of group of passengers as the ship goes into another cruise.First,we meet a country music singer and songwriter Billy Boy Bodine, who is with his manager that tires to come between him and an adoring admirer Arlene. She does this on purpose because Billy writes great songs when he is depressed. Meanwhile, shipboard neighbors who are both interior designers are into cutthroat competition with one another as both try to sabotage each other as they redecorate the ship. Finally,Doc enjoys a visit from his frat brother Buzz, who is traveling with his cousin Michael.Too bad that both Buzz and Michael are not what they seem to be.

Well,it was a nice episode as it had its moments of fun and laughter. But overall,it one could find it somewhat far from entertaining especially if one have seen this at present while this review is being written.
