Storyline

Cannonball McKay is a remarkably resourceful woman who operates the Boone County Wells Fargo stage franchise. Collins, the station master, objects that she has hired crippled ex-con Clem Jones and won't allow her to carry the latest gold shipment because of a recent rash of stage robberies in the territory. The respected Dr. Tate, whose gang is actually behind the robberies, kills Collins and frames Jones as the murderer. The Ranger exposes Tate and forces him to confess when one of his men tries to blow up the town's jail. A now exonerated Jones is actually revealed to be Cannonball's husband. Written by Anonymous

Tell me true

Wow! I didn't see that ending coming at all!

In this episode, the Lone Ranger is investigating a series of stage coach robberies that are happening. Interestingly, Cannonball's coaches are not being held up and she just hired a man that recently got out of jail to be her shotgun man. Arriving in town, The Lone Ranger talks to the sheriff and doctor, and they are concerned that Clem Jones or Cannonball are involved.

Usually, the episodes are quite simplistic, but this one seems a little more involved. We have murder, robbery, mistaken identity, trickery, bomb threats, and a pleasant surprise at the end. You won't want to miss this one!

The fight between Tonto and one of the henchmen was also pretty good.
