At the picnic, Laura chooses an apple from the barrel and talks to Ma, then sits to speak to Tod. She hadn't bitten it during the time choosing it and sitting down, yet it has been bitten when she first sits. Also she takes a bite when the camera angle is wide and it immediately zooms to a close up but she hasn't chewed or swallowed the piece of apple. It has just disappeared.
The wood Tod is stacking was not cut with an ax although the cut shows a saw cut.
The shirt Charles gives Tod for the "job well done" is store bought. Clearly not handmade by Caroline.
Starting at 39:00, Caroline says that Charles bought the shirt for Tod. Of course it came from a store.

The scene when Tod takes Mr Davenports rig , you can clearly see yellow painted rims but when he is riding off up the hill you see a different rig with unpainted rims .
At 23:14, Tod takes off in the wagon. He either forgets to release the brake or the back right wheel is jammed because it is not turning. It just slides along.
When the Ingalls family go out, like getting in their wagon to go to church near the end and when they arrive in the church, where is baby Grace? Do they just leave her at home alone? Someone, like Caroline or Laura, should be holding her, but she just isn't there, yet she was in an earlier scene in the house at the dinner table. It doesn't just happen in this episode, but others. Baby Grace is in the house and around the farm, but rarely, if ever, in the town with the family, as though she is left home alone.
Both horses in Charles' team are underweight with ribcages visible.
Charles decides to take a wagon ride into Mankato from his Walnut Grove to get his watch back from Tod. He goes up and back before nightfall, and then back again the next day. Mankato is 80 miles away from Walnut Grove, and such distances would have been impossible using a horse drawn wagon in such a short time.
During the church scene, as the congregation begins to sing the hymn, Almanzo can be seen leafing through his Bible as if trying to find the page as everyone sings. It's possible Dean Butler forgot the page before shooting the scene.
