Earp staked out at the Mexican border captures Manuel Vasquez who is wanted for the murder of a man in Tombstone that was witnessed by several people. Earp stops at Bisbee Stage Station for water and food for the return trip. The owner recognizes Earp and Manuel as a Behan posse has just left there headed south. After Earp leaves, the owner sends a worker for the posse. Earp rides fast with Manuel but they are captured by the men of Don Ignacio Vasquez, the father of Manuel. Don Ignacio a friend of Earp's tries to talk Earp into releasing his son but Earp refuses suggesting that Manuel may be freed at his trial in Tombstone. Don Ignacio decides to have Earp dig his own grave but Manuel's fiancé Felicia intervenes giving away a family secret as the posse arrives to take Manuel. Written by
