Relations between the Mexicans south of the border and the people in Tombstone near the border were often far from harmonious. Senora Huerta and her teenage son Miguel arrive with a cart and coffin asking Earp to turn over the body of Huan Huerta who was murdered in Tombstone. Huan was her husband. Earp does not recognize the name nor does he recall a murder involving such a person.
