Storyline

A misunderstanding involving a foreign chef boils over when he is offered a partnership at a local restaurant after agreeing to work elsewhere when he entered the country. With his papers misplaced when he arrived, he didn't know where he was originally supposed to go. Troop must intervene before this goes too far as the chef has run away and is now armed.
