I'm Confused

Was it just me or did the episode seem to be all over the place? Is there a part two? what happened with the kid they thought did it? How does finding a piece of jewelry confirmed that the rapist killed her.....it would seem pretty easy to raise doubt in a situation like this. The episode seemed to end prematurely. At first it was interesting, but as it goes on it seems as though there was a lot of reaching, especially with sending the rapist to jail for stories he wrote.

All in all it wasn't a good episode for me, nothing was proved here. It seems as though Dick Wolf wanted to cram a lot of issues in and ran out of time.....if there was a button to say i hated it, that's the one I would chose.
