A nine-year-old child's asphyxiated body is found in a suitcase on a bus, with evidence of having been in the Everglades. The coroner found she had had a quality nose job, and been raped. Benson and Stabler find she was a regular beauty pageant contestant. A suspect's computer is found with a juvenile kidnap, rape, and murder how-to, apparently perfectly legal, because it was created using legal-age models whose images were manipulated by software to make them look much younger.—Anonymous

A suitcase is found on a crowded bus and the bus is soon evacuated on the assumption there's a bomb on board. It turns out the suitcase is carrying the corpse of a 9 year old beauty pageant contestant who may have been killed in Florida and transported. Initially it is thought a 16 year old at school did this, but the traces of progesterone and other hormones in the semen of the attacker shows to be from someone who has been chemically castrated. The assailant who is a registered sex offender is found working at an ad agency in New York and he blames the online "kiddy porn" for his urges. Can the murderer get away with blaming something he saw on the internet or will it be protected by freedom of speech?
