Storyline

A woman is killed by a homeless man. Later the man is caught and sent to prison. The woman's ex-husband thinks they should look into how the man who is clearly deranged, was allowed out. McCoy looks into it and learns the man was incarcerated and his condition was known but why was he released. McCoy learns that an HMO who runs the prison health care system chooses not to treat inmates who need expensive treatments. So McCoy decides to go after them. Written by rcs0411@yahoo.com
