Plot Summary for
"Law & Order" Carrier (1998)

While investigating the shooting death of a teenage girl, the detectives learn of a guy who is HIV positive who is infecting girls despite knowing his condition. Jamie makes the health department reveal who this person is. And after being caught his parents want to keep him out of prison so their lawyer claims that using information from the health department is a violation of confidentiality and the judge upholds it and that is basically their whole case.
