Storyline

Construction CEO Monica Wells is thrown out by Ed for extreme rudeness to the Montecito staff. She files a 'sexual' complaint against Danny, whom she in fact failed to seduce while he was off duty but brought her, more drunk the him, to her suit at Delinda's insistence. It turns out legal help won't suffice, this problem is in Ed's league. Meanwhile Mystique's cash-flow results in a lunch experiment which proves hard to sell to chef Gunther or the guests. "The Customer Is Always ....."
7 December 2011 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Has there ever been a time where you wanted to tell somebody that they were wrong? Have you ever had to swallow your dignity in order to accommodate someone who believed that they were entitled to take advantage of the mandate "The Customer Is Always Right" to the most abusive degrees? That's what Ed and Dannie encounter in Monica Wells. She is a drunk, an abusive guest, and a CEO in the construction business who suffers from an over inflated ego. Anybody who longs for the ability to say "No" or "You are very, very wrong" without fear of the consequences, or the chance to see a "How the mighty have fallen" moment, should definitely enjoy this episode of "Las Vegas".
