This episode of Laramie finds Robert Fuller buying horses on a ranch when the other party reneges on the deal. Later on said other party winds up dead and Fuller has a posse with a lynch mob on his trail and a bullet in his arm.
A fugitive he takes refuge in the mountain hideout of Lyle Bettger who was once a respected sheriff and now an outlaw. Bettger is a bitter man with wife Dorothy Green and blind daughter Jena Engstrom. He's got to join the gang in order to stay alive and he might not anyway since some of the rest of the gang ain't crazy about him.
