A good episode for Robert Fuller fans
6 August 2011 | by (Minneapolis) – See all my reviews

Unlike Clint Walker in "Cheyenne" or Robert Conrad in "Wild Wild West," Robert Fuller didn't usually exploit his "beefcake" appeal by stripping off his shirt at the slightest pretext. Admirers of Mr. Fuller, therefore, will be pleased to find that he spends about half of this episode gloriously bare-chested as he's propped up in bed, recovering from at least one cracked rib. Myrna Fahey plays the lucky gal who gets to bring him a tray of home-cooked food. She also says that she managed to shave her patient while he was still unconscious, and we assume she means that she shaved the whiskers off his face. However, given the nearly hairless state of Mr. Fuller's chest -- there're the merest wisps of hairs around his nipples and perhaps a hint of hair on his sternum -- one can be forgiven for wondering.
