Storyline

Jess Harper is on his way home to Laramie and gets more than he bargained for when he's forced to stop and rest his lame horse at Ma Tolliver's. Outlaw Matt Dyer and his gang arrive and take Jess, Ma and her grand-daughter Sue, hostage while he waits for his girlfriend. Dyer is a cruel man who enjoys toying with his hostages while he waits, but he doesn't know that the sheriff has his girlfriend in jail. The danger increases when the posse searching for Dyer shows up at the ranch, though Ma denies seeing anything of Dyer. The sheriff isn't fooled but can't do anything because of the hostages. With the house surrounded by the posse, Dyer uses Jess and the others as human shields to prevent the posse from storming the house. Dyer's plan backfires and the posse forces his hand and the outlaws, including Dyer, scatter but Jess won't let Dyer get away. Written by DarSpi
